1. About These Terms And Who They Are Between

This website is operated by Zo Republic Limited (trading as Tickethaul), registered at 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF, company number 16035320. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Zo Republic Limited, and “you” means the person or organisation visiting this website.

We are headquartered in London and we work with organisations in the United Kingdom, across Europe and in the United States. This single page is intended to apply to visitors in all of those places. Because the law is not the same everywhere, some points below are marked for confirmation rather than stated as settled.

These terms form an agreement between you and us about your use of this website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. These Terms Cover This Website Only

Please read this section These terms apply to your use of our business website at business.tickethaul.com and nothing else. They do not govern our consumer marketplace at tickethaul.com or our ticket checkout at shows.tickethaul.com, which have their own terms, and they do not govern the sale of tickets, the running of an event, or the purchase of a ticket. Those relationships are covered by separate documents, described below.

There are three different relationships to keep apart, and this page deals with only the first of them.

• Using this website. Browsing the site, reading our material, watching a video on it or sending us an enquiry through it. That is what these terms cover.
• Selling tickets through our platform. If you use our platform to sell tickets or run an event, that is governed by a separate written agreement between you and us. That agreement deals with matters such as scope of services, fees, payouts, obligations on each side, service levels, personal data and liability. Nothing on this page forms part of that agreement, and nothing on this page changes, replaces, adds to or limits it. Where anything on this website appears to differ from that written agreement, the written agreement applies.
• Buying a ticket. If you are buying a ticket to an event, your purchase is subject to separate purchase terms, and usually also to the terms and conditions of the organiser or venue for the event you are attending. Those terms cover matters such as payment, entry, refunds, cancellations and changes to an event. This page does not cover any of that, and using this website does not give you any right in relation to a ticket.

3. Acceptable Use Of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes connected with finding out about our products and services. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that breaks a law or regulation that applies to you.
• Attempt to gain access to any part of the site, server or system that is not intended to be publicly available.
• Introduce viruses, malware or any other material that is malicious or technically harmful.
• Copy, scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or data from the site without our written permission.
• Use the site, or anything on it, to build or train a competing product or service.
• Interfere with the normal running of the site, including by placing an unreasonable load on it.

The Tickethaul name, the logo and the product names used across this site are our trade marks or are used by us with permission. You may not use them without our written permission.

You may view the site and print or download extracts for your own internal business use in assessing our services. You may not republish, sell or commercially exploit any part of the site, and you may not remove any copyright or ownership notices from material you download.

Any other trade marks, names or logos that appear on the site belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification only.

Nothing on this website gives you any right in our brand, our content or our software beyond the limited permission to view the site set out above.

5. Accuracy Of Information On This Site

The content on this website is general information about our services. It is written to help you understand what we do. It is not advice, and it is not written for your particular circumstances.

Product features, service descriptions, pricing, availability and the places we operate in may change. Figures, examples, case studies and screenshots are used to illustrate a point and are not a promise of the same result for you.

Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it is a guarantee of any particular outcome or result. Any commitment we make is set out in a signed written agreement, not on this page.

Liability in connection with selling tickets through our platform is dealt with in the separate written agreement for those services, not here. Liability in connection with the purchase of a ticket is dealt with in the separate purchase terms.

These terms cover use of the website only. Your rights as a consumer when you buy a ticket, and any wording specific to the United States, are dealt with in the separate ticket purchase terms, not here.

9. Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the site, to our services, to the places we operate in or to the way we work. The version published on this page is the version that applies, and the date at the top shows when it was last changed.

Please check this page when you return to the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

We do not usually contact visitors to tell them these terms have changed. Where the law requires us to give notice of a change, we will do so.

10. Governing Law And Disputes

The law that governs these terms and the courts that may hear a dispute are set out below.

• These terms, and any dispute or claim arising from them or from your use of this website, are intended to be governed by the law of England and Wales.
• The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim.
• That jurisdiction is exclusive.
• No arbitration clause applies to these website terms. Disputes about buying a ticket are dealt with under the separate ticket purchase terms, which include provisions specific to buyers in the United States.

Note: consumers who buy tickets may keep the right to bring a claim in their home country. That position is handled in the separate ticket purchase terms.
